Design, Drawing, Fabrication, Transportation, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Gates, Hoists, Stop Logs, Cranes and other allied works On turkey basis of Uderasthan Barrage Project at Falgu River Dist. Jehanabad, Bihar.
-Designed, Manufactured and Installed Automation System including SCADA system operating from two control rooms, one at barrage site and another at Patna control room in Bihar. The system is working at present.
– The system have log all the level data and fault status and events like then the gate was operated along with date and time stamp.
-The system has generate report as per pre defined times about the fault status and discharge calculation.
-The System have pre defined groups in which the gates are to be operated simultaneously. The Group can be defined as per the need of the project during execution as per the predefined groups provided.
-The system have upstream and downstream data which will be shown on the SCADA With discharge of individual gate and over all discharge of all the gates as per the gate position and discharge formula.
-The system have VFD operation for all linear gates to give soft starter features .
-The system have soft starter features In case of VFD Failure .
– Operation and Maintenance of above system for 3 Years.
